Best Western Hotel Acadie Paris Nord Villepinte

We selected the hotel due to the near distance to the Expo center in Villepinte and that the hotel has an option for shuttle bus to/from the expo center. Arrival and reception: We arrived at the location just right after 10PM and the receptionist kindly singed us in. She apologized for her English skills, but she did very well and in an understandable way explain us what we needed to know. Very helpful. The bartender was kind too and again despite our missing French language skills ;-) he serviced our family the best way possible. Shuttle bus: The shuttle bus has to be scheduled for the coming day. This worked very well. One time the driver was a bit late for pick up due to traffic constraints. No issue for us at all. Another day we came up to late and expected requiring a Taxi. Suddenly the driver (2nd driver) told us that he could bring us to the Expo center together with two other hotel visitors. That was great!, kind and flexible. Both drivers for the hotel did a great job. They provided high degree of service. The rooms and bets fully lived up to our expectations. The cleaning was good too. Breakfast: We did book the breakfast when we arrived to the hotel. For hotel in this standard it was fine. Not much variation, but it was what we needed. Dinner: We had dinner a few times in the hotel. The food is to the good side. The chef and waiters were fantastic. I believe that the dinner is attractive also for customers who do not stay in the hotel. Based on this hotel is a 3 stars hotel it over exceeds our expectations. Especially when it comes to our valuation of the staff both the regular and once we only met a few days they all did their best to ensure that our family had a super good stay. The receptionist, the bartender, the chef, shuttle bus drivers were polite, helpful, service minded and managed despite language differences to make our stay fantastic. Thank you staff

Hotel location was great , easy to get around town with team near by and restaurants within walking distance . Indoor pool was great . Breakfast had large selection and helpful staff .

The Hotel Acadie is a good quality mid-range hotel with an excellent restaurant, generous car park and very helpful staff. In particular, Melanie and Monika went out of their way to help us and maximise the quality of our stay.

The food at the restaurant was fantastic for dinner. Great, simple accomodation space close to Parc D'expositions for tradeshows, with free shuttle
